Yichang (Dengfeng ) Abrasives Factory be set up in 1998 Years, with the stable quality we get reputation in domestic and abroad.

It is a leading and professional for producing and exporting abrasives & Refractory raw materials in China.

We are group for two factories including Brown Fused Alumina, White Fused Alumina which are located in the Zhengzhou city, covering an area of 20000 square meters.Now we have fixed furnace, 5000kVA dumping furnace and other large scale smelting equipments, there are several sand production lines such as barmac, ball milling and roller in the sand making factory.Our annual output is 40000tons.

The main products of our company:Brown Fused Alumina, White Fused Alumina, Crushed Glass, Garnet, Copper Slag, Steel Shot & Grit ,Green Silicon Carbide, Black Silicon Carbide, Boron Carbide, Mullite, Magnesium Aluminum Spinel, Fused Zirconia Alumina, Tabular Alumina, Sub-white Fused Alumina, etc.They are widely used in abrasive & tool, refractory and ceramic industries.

Our production runs under the certifications of GB, ISO, FEPA, JIS.Standard and are popular in domestic market and in abroad such as Japan, Korea, Indonesia, India, Middle East, South American, south African.

The steps of serivce in brief  as follows :

1. When we get the enquiry from potential customer we will commicuate with customer by email or instant chat until we know what exectly customer needed.

2. According to customer's enquiry, we will email the quotation with some necessary documents so that customer will know our price, our severice, our company and our aim.

3. If Customer has any questions we will try to slove it one by one, if have divergence between us,we will try to explain  why until customer understand us and conclude an agreement.

4.. When we received the PO from customer, we will make the plan for purchase raw material, production, packing, deliver and shipping.

5. After plan be made we will carry out asap .

6. After the customer get the goods we still need to follow up until getting the feedback from customer.

7. If we get some bad news from customer, we will reconsider that why the problem comes out and how we can slove it. 

8. Slove the problem until customer satified with us.

9. Of course, mostly we get good news from customer!
